Concentrated Machine Plaster

Product Information

  • It is a bagged, gypsum-based concentrated machine plaster.
  • It is applied directly on materials such as brick, concrete, exposed concrete, aerated concrete, and pumice blocks.
  • Thanks to its special formula, the amount of gypsum used per square meter is reduced.
  • When used in the same amount as standard machine plaster, it covers 25% more area.
  • When loaded in the same weight as standard machine plaster, 25% more bags are transported, resulting in transportation savings.
  • In a single coat, it prepares the surface for painting without the need for a satin finish plaster.
  • It has high surface hardness and a glossy appearance.
  • It is a non-combustible material. Due to the water in its composition, it has fire-retardant properties.

Instructions for Use

  • The water setting of the plaster machine should be adjusted to use approximately 6.5 liters of water for every 10 kg of AkAlçı Concentrated Machine Plaster, and the plaster is poured into the machine hopper to start the application.
  • Before starting the application, the surface should be cleaned of dust and substances that prevent adhesion.
  • Ano guides are adhered to the surface at intervals of 150-200 cm.
  • The application is done in two stages with a steel spatula.
  • The AKALÇI CONCENTRATE MACHINE product is mixed with the plaster machine and sprayed between the ano guides.
  • After spraying, the surfaces are smoothed using a screed.
  • About 15-20 minutes after the first screed, a second screed is applied.
  • Approximately 50-70 minutes after starting the application, water is sprayed onto the surface, and the surface is troweled with a rubber float.
  • About 10 minutes later, the surface is polished with a steel trowel.
  • The second trowel is applied about 60 minutes after the first, resulting in a shiny, hard, and glazed surface.
  • It should be noted that wind can significantly affect these times, shortening the intervals accordingly.
